Professional or Consultancy Services definition
Professional or Consultancy Services means any service provided by or to GE or its Affiliates or by or to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or its Affiliates pursuant to a Long-Term Ancillary Agreement (as defined in the Transaction Agreement) but excluding this Supply Agreement.
