professional regulatory body means a body, whether incorporated or not, which keeps a register of persons who have satisfied the body, by means of the passing of an examination or any other means, that they are competent to practise osteopathy;
professional regulatory body means, with respect to a profession, the body responsible under applicable legislation for the regulation of such profession (e.g. Alberta Association of Architects, Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta, etc.).
