Professional Service Charges definition

Professional Service Charges means the professional service charges detailed on the Order Form or otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties in accordance with Clause 3 below;
Professional Service Charges means the Charges for any additional management, set-up or configuration of the Solution as set out in the initial Order.
Professional Service Charges means the professional service charges detailed on the Proposal or otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties in accordance with Section 2 of the Service Schedule; “Proposal” – the proposal form signed by the Customer detailing the Services and/or Products to be supplied by Trust Systems.

Examples of Professional Service Charges in a sentence

  • All SaaS Charges, Professional Service Charges, and other amounts payable by Client under this Agreement (collectively, “Charges”), which are not disputed in good faith, are due and payable within thirty (30) days of Client’s receipt of the applicable invoice.

  • In absence of any express time for payment of the Professional Service Charges being set out in the Statement of Work, HBT shall be entitled to invoice the Customer for the Professional Services upon completion of the relevant Professional Services and the Customer shall pay such invoice in accordance with clause 5.8.

  • Technical assistance at the Professional Service Charges rate, invoiced monthly in arrears.

  • All SaaS Charges, Professional Service Charges, and other amounts payable by Client under this Agreement (collectively, “Charges”), which are not disputed in good faith, are due and payable within thirty (30) days of Client’s receipt of the applicable invoice submitted in compliance with Exhibit F (Pricing; Invoicing; Expense Reimbursement).

  • Minor changes are non-chargeable for up to 3 change requests per calendar month then Professional Service Charges apply.

  • The Customer Equipment and Professional Service Charges shall be invoiced 50% upon execution of the Order form and 50% on the Service Activation Date of the Service.

  • Should support be required by Customer on-site at any Site, the Customer will pay the Professional Service Charges and refund all SPINWELL-GLU’s reasonable expenses in providing such support on-site, including for travel, accommodation and subsistence, provided such support has been agreed to by SPINWELL-GLU.

  • Reconnection Charges: FTTC – One of charge of £124 ADSL – One off charge of £139 Professional Service Charges:  On site Engineer Install Charge: £400  DSL to Fibre Upgrade Charge: £60 administration fee / uplift in monthly rental charge based on contracted pricing.

  • If the Customer requires Trust Systems to provide their customers with a customer care or Network Operations Centre (NOC) service this is available on request and subject to Professional Service Charges.

  • SPINWELL-GLU may, upon the request of Customer, provide support in respectof any problem that is not a Hosted Services Defect, but may charge Professional Service Charges in respect of such support.
