Professional Services Liability definition

Professional Services Liability means amounts that You become legally liable to pay by way of Compensation for Personal Injury and/or Property Damage caused by or arising from Your error or omission in the performing of an inspection of a Watercraft and/or in the issuing of a report relating to such inspection in the ordinary course of Your Business and regardless of whether a fee is charged. ‘Professional Services Liability’ does not mean General Liability or Products Liability or Pollution Liability or Statutory Liability or Environmental Impairment Liability.
Professional Services Liability means amounts that You become legally liable to pay by way of Compensation for Personal Injury and/or Property Damage caused by or arising from Your error or omission in the performing of an inspection of a Watercraft and/or in the issuing of a report relating to such inspection in the ordinary course of Your Business and regardless of whether a fee is charged.
Professional Services Liability means amounts that You become legally liable to pay by way of Compensation for Personal Injury and/or Property Damage caused by or arising from Your error or omission in the performing of pre-event safety inspections of Watercraft in the ordinary course of a Your Business as a Regatta Organiser.

Examples of Professional Services Liability in a sentence

  • With the exception of Professional Services Liability for architects, designers and engineers, and Worker’s Compensation, the Town of Barnstable and its employees must be named as an additional insured and a certificate of insurance will be provided indicating such for each of the insurance policies or surety bonds obtained pursuant to the requirements established by the issuance of the contract.

  • Provide Errors and Omissions Liability or Professional Services Liability Policy for a minimum Limit of Liability $1,000,000 each occurrence or per claim.

  • The respondent shall provide a Certificate of Insurance as "evidence" of General Liability, Auto Liability including all owned, hired, borrowed and non-owned vehicles, statutory Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability and Professional Services Liability coverage.

  • Please complete this section only if the Applicant is requesting Professional Services Liability Coverage.

  • The following services are NOT eligible: The removal of hair by electrolysis, hair implanting or hair transplanting; or the use of any dye or coloring to eyelashes or eyebrows except mascara or eyebrow pencils.Note: Professional Services Liability is included.

  • Errors and Omissions (Professional Services Liability) insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per claim.

  • Notwithstanding the above, You are not covered for Professional Services Liability unless • Watercraft inspections and/or issuing of reports are undertaken by suitably qualified and experienced Employees; • reports are only released after being reviewed and approved by suitably qualified and experienced Employees, and • a disclaimer of any liability arising out of the undertaking of Watercraft inspections and issuing of reports is included in all reports issued.

Related to Professional Services Liability

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed, or agrees to render services, as a player on a professional sports team, with a professional sports organization, or as a professional athlete.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Operational Services the operational services described as such in the Services Description;

  • Professional Client means a “Professional Client” for the purposes of CySEC Rules, as specified in the Client Categorization Policy found on the Company’s Website.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Emergency medical services provider means a person who has received formal training in prehospital and emergency care, and is licensed to attend any person who is ill or injured or who has a disability. Police officers, firefighters, funeral home employees and other persons serving in a dual capacity one of which meets the definition of “emergency medical services provider” are “emergency medical services providers” within the meaning of this chapter.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Personal Services means “the performance of any work or labor and shall also include acting as an independent contractor or providing any consulting advice or assistance, or otherwise acting as an agent pursuant to a contractual relationship.”
