Professional Staff Appointment definition

Professional Staff Appointment means the appointment of a Professional Staff member to the Active, Courtesy, Locum Tenens, Temporary, Honorary, or Consulting category of the Hospital;
Professional Staff Appointment means the appointment or assignment of a Professional Staff member to a department or Service in the Hospital within the categorization of active, associate, courtesy, honorary or locum tenens staff;
Professional Staff Appointment means the appointment or assignment of a member of the Professional Staff to a Department or Division in the Hospital within the designated category;

  • Professional Staff means the Medical Staff, Dental Staff, Midwifery Staff and Extended Class Nursing Staff;

Such accountant or firm shall be entitled to rely upon an Opinion of Counsel as to the interpretation of any legal matters relating to such certificate.

  • Professional service or professional services means a professional service or professional services as defined in the Health Insurance Act 1973.

  • Chief of Staff means the medical staff member appointed by the Board to serve as such in accordance with the Public Hospitals Act and the Professional Staff By-law;

  • Registered professional engineer means a person who is registered as a professional engineer pursuant to s. 443.04, Stats.

  • Professional Engineer means a person entitled to practise as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario under a licence issued under the Professional Engineers Act;

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Professional surveyor means a person who, by reason of knowledge of law, mathematics, physical sciences, and techniques of measuring acquired by professional education and practical experience, is qualified to engage in the practice of professional surveying.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Independent Public Accountant means the firm of independent public accountants of nationally recognized standing selected by the Owner to perform an annual financial audit pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Professional Services Agreement means the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C and all written statements of work signed by Licensee and related thereto.

  • Dental Staff means the Dentists who have been appointed by the Board to the Dental Staff;

  • Professional Client means a client meeting the criteria laid down in Annex II;

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
