Professional Support definition

Professional Support means technical support for PeoplesHR Software, including error corrections, and upgrades, as generally released by the Company, and as further described in a Schedule and/or Order Form.
Professional Support means Oracle’s enhanced level of Support Services. In addition to the Standard Support Services described herein, if Customer is entitled to Professional Support, the Normal Support Hours will be expanded to 24x7, improved Response Time Goals, phone support, and chat prioritization.

Examples of Professional Support in a sentence

  • The employees covered by this agreement shall be eligible to participate in the Professional Support Staff Retirement Plan for the term of this agreement, in accordance with its terms.

  • If a Professional Support Staff member volunteers to teach a course on an adjunct basis to present a program for compensation during regularly scheduled hours, they will take lost time or vacation time for those hours and those hours will be considered outside the scope of their regular Professional Support Staff position.

  • The University encourages members of the Professional Support Staff to participate in the University's community events not directly job-related during office hours whenever such attendance does not unreasonably interfere with the ongoing work.

  • At various times Professional Support Staff may be asked to present various training programs (e.g., Academic Computing and Instructional Technology programs) outside of their identifiable duties and responsibilities during their regularly scheduled work hours.

  • For greater certainty, an Employee who has continuous employment with the College which includes service that would have counted as continuous employment in the Professional Support bargaining unit had the Employee remained in the former position or positions continuously up to August 1, 1998 shall have that continuous employment included in the Employee’s seniority.

  • Medical support means either the provision of a health benefit plan, including a group or employment-related or an individual health benefit plan, or a health benefit plan provided pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 514E to meet the medical needs of a dependent and the cost of any premium re- quired by a health benefit plan, or the payment to the obligee of a monetary amount in lieu of a health benefit plan, either of which is an obligation separate from any monetary amount of child support or- dered to be paid. Medical support is not alimony.

  • Professional Services Fees means the fees for Professional Services described as such in the applicable Product Order.

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.
