Proforma Financial Statements definition

Proforma Financial Statements has the meaning described in Section 4.1.12 (Proforma Financial Statements) below.
Proforma Financial Statements means proforma financial statements in the Prescribed form in relation to the Company or Managed Investment Scheme;
