Proforma Financial Statements definition

Proforma Financial Statements has the meaning described in Section 4.1.12 (Proforma Financial Statements) below.
Proforma Financial Statements means proforma financial statements in the Prescribed form in relation to the Company or Managed Investment Scheme;

Proforma Financial Statements means the proforma financial statements of NBLLC attached as Schedule A-7 which have been adjusted to give proforma effect to the Recapitalization of NBLLC immediately prior to Closing.
