Program Bonus definition

Program Bonus means any seasonal, temporary, or promotional additional incentive paid by Ameren Illinois to Customer.

  • The Umpire shall have no power to rule on any issue or dispute arising under The Waiver Section, Paragraphs (226), (227) or the Pension Plan, Life and Disability Benefits Program, Health Care Program, Bonus Plan, Personal Savings Plan, Legal Services Plan or Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Plan Section, except with respect only to the question of whether a discharged employee should receive a supplemental allowance pursuant to the Pension Plan.
