Program Code definition

Program Code. Each of the codes, set forth in Part I of Exhibit F, placed by the Purchaser in the "PROG CODE" column of a Request for Certification indicating that the Mortgage Loan is being offered by the related Seller to Purchaser in a Dry Transaction, Cash Window Transaction or a Conduit Transaction, as applicable.
Program Code means an alphanumeric identifier that is issued to a program by the division at the time a program is certified.
Program Code has the meaning set forth in Section 5.13(c).

Program Code means each of the codes, set forth in Part I of Exhibit F to the Custodial Agreement, placed by UBS in the “PROG CODE” column of a Request for Certification indicating that the Mortgage Loan is being offered by MortgageIT or MortgageIT Holdings to UBS in a Dry Transaction, Cash Window Transaction or a Conduit Transaction, as applicable.
Program Code means the identification number assigned the test service Contractor to an approved Medication Aide Training Program.
Program Code means a unique code assigned by Q5id for each use case and/or program for which Licensee wishes to separately track Initial Enrollments and/or Authentications. There is no limit to the number of Program Codes that can be active for a Licensee at any given time, but Licensee must have at least one active Program Code. ”Q5id Marks” include the name Q5id, all logos used by Q5id and all other word marks and product names, and other indicators of origin used by Q5id.
