Program Code definition

Program Code. Each of the codes, set forth in Part I of Exhibit F, placed by the Purchaser in the "PROG CODE" column of a Request for Certification indicating that the Mortgage Loan is being offered by the related Seller to Purchaser in a Dry Transaction, Cash Window Transaction or a Conduit Transaction, as applicable.

Program Code means an alphanumeric identifier that is issued to a program by the division at the time a program is certified.

Program Code has the meaning set forth in Section 5.13(c).

Program Code means the identification number assigned the test service Contractor to an approved Medication Aide Training Program.

Program Code means a unique code assigned by Q5id for each use case and/or program for which Licensee wishes to separately track Initial Enrollments and/or Authentications.
