Program Description definition

Program Description means the description of each plan provided to participants setting forth information with respect to the plan.
Program Description means the document published periodically by the Board which contains information, as updated from time to time, about the Program, Investment Options, and risks for the Account Owner to consider before enrollment and during the duration of the Agreement.
Program Description means the document that contains the Program rules, investment information, and any applicable fees.

Program Description means the document published periodically by Florida ABLE, Inc., which contains information, as updated from time to time, about the Program, Investment Options, and risks for the Administrator to consider before opening an Account and during the duration of the Agreement.
