Facilitator ’ means a person who impar- tially aids in the discussions and negotiations among the members of a negotiated rule- making committee to develop a proposed rule;
Marketplace facilitator means a person that contracts with remote sellers to facilitate for consideration, regardless of whether deducted as fees from the transaction, the sale of the remote seller’s property or services through a physical or electronic marketplace operated by the person, and engages:
Spectator means a person who attends a Match.
Investment Facilitators/Advisors means an individual, firm, corporate or other entity appointed by the Management Company to identify, solicit and assist investors in investing in the Scheme. The investment facilitator/advisor is not authorized to perform the Distribution Functions. The Management Company shall compensate the Investment Facilitators.
Program Manager means the HCAI manager responsible for the grant program.
Program Administrator means the person retained by the Wisconsin PACE Commission as provided in subsection (5)(b).
Administrative Review means any decision making process of the director requested by a party aggrieved with an action taken under these rules except the hearing process described in OAR 436-001.
Portfolio Supervisor means First Trust Advisors L.P. and its successors in interest, or any successor portfolio supervisor appointed as hereinafter provided."
Section 1.01 (26) shall be added to read as follows:
SBE Program Coordinator means the individual appointed, from time to time, by the City’s Community and Economic Development Director to administer the SBE Regulations.
Program Staff means a person employed by the local program who is knowledgeable in a particular subject matter. For the purposes of the complaint process, program staff may not be involved in a specific complaint prior to the receipt of the complaint or the request for a review of the complaint.
Trustee Functions means the functions set out in paragraph 6;
Program coordinator means a registered nurse responsible for administrative aspects of a state-approved nurse aide training course.
Non-Administrator Coordinated Home Care Program means a Coordinated Home Care Program which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or a Blue Cross Plan but has been certified as a home health agency in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.
Joint Written Direction means a written direction executed by the Investor and the Company directing Escrow Agent to disburse all or a portion of the Escrow Funds or to take or refrain from taking any action pursuant to this Agreement.
Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.
Scheduling Coordinator or “SC” means an entity certified by the CAISO as qualifying as a Scheduling Coordinator pursuant to the CAISO Tariff for the purposes of undertaking the functions specified in “Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator,” of the CAISO Tariff, as amended from time to time.
Portfolio Administrator means any entity and any successor or replacement thereto, as specified in the Final Terms for each Series of ETP Securities, appointed as Portfolio Administrator in accordance with the terms of the relevant Portfolio Administration Agreement.
Liquidator has the meaning set forth in Section 13.2.A hereof.
CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Coordinator means the person designated by Canada to act as the Dispute Resolution Coordinator.
Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.
WOSB Program Repository means a secure, Web-based application that collects, stores, and disseminates documents to the contracting community and SBA, which verify the eligibility of a business concern for a contract to be awarded under the WOSB Program.
Serviced Appointment has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
Adaptive Reuse means a proposed development that will be repurposed from what it was originally built and designed for. Except where stated otherwise, rehabilitation requirements in Threshold apply to Adaptive Reuse projects.
District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
IEP team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.
