Program Letter definition

Program Letter is defined in Section 2.2.
Program Letter means a written notice from Microsoft to Company which refers to this Agreement and specifies the terms and incentives of a specific Program.
Program Letter means the written document signed by the Parties reflecting the specific arrangements agreed upon by DTG and Chrysler to meet the specific needs of the Parties for each Program Year. The Program Letter will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Program Letter means each written agreement entitled "Program Letter," as from time to time amended, between CCC and Dealer with respect to this Agreement.

Program Letter means each written agreement entitled "Program Letter," as from time to time amended, between TCFC and Dealer which refers to this ISA; "Change Notice" means any notice sent by TCFC to Dealer, whether or not part of a billing statement, increasing or decreasing the rate or amount of Charges (as hereinafter defined), adding or deleting Charges or making any other change respecting Charges or the time for payment of future Advances or adding product lines to be financed and specifying the terms of such financing; and "affiliate" means any person that (i) directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Dealer, (ii) directly or indirectly owns 5% or more of Dealer, (iii) is a director, partner, manager, or officer of Dealer or an affiliate of Dealer, or (iv) any natural person related to Dealer or an affiliate of Dealer.
