Program Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

• The Borrower shall maintain the Technical Operational Group chaired by MINOPUH with representatives from MINFIN, MAT, MINPLAN, Implementing Agencies, and any other relevant entity for the purposes of providing oversight of the Program and ensure convergence towards the Program objectives, as further detailed in the Program Operational Manual.

• The subgrantee agrees to use the procedures established for reporting of DOE Weatherization Program programmatic and expenditure information to DED/DE (Weatherization Program Operational Manual, Reports and Recordkeeping Section).

• The subgrantee agrees to provide in the Agency Single Audit Report, the Weatherization Program schedule is found in Attachment 4-2 in Section 4 of the Weatherization Program Operational Manual.

• Further, the Recipient shall designate GKMA Sub-nationals and other relevant ministries, departments and agencies (“MDAs”) to be also responsible for the implementation of the Program, and shall take or cause to be taken, all actions, including, the provision of funding, personnel and other resources to enable said MOKCC&MA, GKMA Sub-nationals and the MDAs, as the case may be, to perform their respective functions under the Program as further detailed in the Program Operational Manual.

• Clear criteria for section of activities from the Flexible Fund, appraisal and approval process will be detailed in the Program Operational Manual.

Program Operational Manual means the Recipient’s operational manual prepared and adopted by the Recipient, dated September 15, 2008, setting forth the procedures governing the operation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Section I.B.2 of Schedule 2 to the Original Financing Agreement, and such term includes any schedules to the Program Operational Manual, provided however, that in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Program Operational Manual, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

Program Operational Manual means MSPS’ manual referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Bank.

Program Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.C.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement as may be revised from time to time with prior written agreement of the Association.
