Program Privacy Policy means the privacy policy and associated disclosures to be provided by the Bank to Applicants and Cardholders in connection with the Program, initially in the form set forth as Schedule 6.2(b), as the same may be modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Program Privacy Policy

Program Privacy Policy means the privacy policy that governs the Program as of the Effective Date, which will be administered by Bank.
