Program Runs definition

Program Runs mean the driving assignments for Bus Drivers to transport students to/from their school and other locations on a pre-planned regular basis for curriculum related activities. Such activities include, but are not restricted to swimming, band, special needs life skills, and the like, but shall not include field trips assigned in addition to regular and program runs.

Examples of Program Runs in a sentence

  • A rotating list (the Program List) established by date of service will be used for to distribute Program Runs.

  • For the purpose of this article, “Extra work” is defined as all Regular Trips, Extra Trips, Charters, Noon Runs, Program Runs and Field trips (“trip” or “trips”) where a regular driver is not assigned or, where a regular driver is assigned, is away from work.

  • Lead Hands, Program Runs and Bus Safety Evacuation Program (if required) will be posted by region by zone and assigned by seniority.
