Program Updates definition

Program Updates. Update" means a subsequent release of the Software, which SBS makes available to its maintenance customers generally. SBS will make Updates available to the Customer at no additional cost, other than media and handling charges, provided Customer has paid Software maintenance fees up to the release date. Updates shall not include any release, option or future programs that SBS licenses separately. For any Updates, SBS will make available to the Customer one Update for each operating system for which Customer has purchased Software licenses. Updates will be available from a secure ftp site or sent on CD media. Use and installation of an updated version of GarageNet is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the ▇▇▇▇ from time to time in effect.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.
