Programme Members definition

Programme Members means economic operators holding AEO membership status in the EU and PIP membership status in Canada as described in the definition of “Programme” when referred to collectively.
Programme Members means economic operators holding AEO status in the Union and economic operators holding membership status in the Republic of Moldova as referred to in point (4) when referred to collectively.

Related to Programme Members
