Progress Reporting definition

Progress Reporting is amended as follows:
Progress Reporting. Awardees are required to electronically submit program progress reports via GrantSolutions. As part of the progress report, financial information will be reported both per major category of expense, and by objectives. Grantees will include sub-recipient monitoring activities that were completed during each quarter.
Progress Reporting in this policy, means the technical report submitted by the PI to the sponsor as required by the sponsor guidelines.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

Stock price and total shareholder return (and any measures that are derived wholly or in part from stock price or total shareholder return) shall, for purposes of this Policy, be considered Financial Reporting Measures. For the avoidance of doubt, a Financial Reporting Measure need not be presented in the Company’s financial statements or included in a filing with the SEC.
