Prohibited Bypass definition
Prohibited Bypass means the intentional diversion of waste streams from any portion of a treatment facility which is prohibited pursuant to the terms set forth at 40 C.F.R. § 122.41(m). “Public Works Department” shall mean the City of Jackson Department of Public Works
