Wastewater delivered to the City System shall not include Prohibited Wastes.
If operations staff at the Disposal site find Prohibited Wastes which can be directly attributed to materials unloaded by Contractor, Authority staff will have the discretion to return those Prohibited Wastes to Contractor for proper storage and Disposal, or to properly store, process and dispose of those Prohibited Wastes.
Carts or bins containing Prohibited Wastes may be tagged for non-collection whenever such banned materials are discovered in a cart, bin, or debris box placed for Collection.
