Prohibited Word means a name or word which Monecor from time to time identifies as belonging to it or its Related Parties and for the purposes of this Agreement bars Affiliate from making use of any variation thereon (in any format or form) and includes ‘Monecor’, ‘ETX’, ‘RPD FX’, and any other name or word used to identify a Platform Website;
Prohibited Word means a name or word which ETX from time to time identifies as belonging to it or its Related Parties and for the purposes of this Agreement bars Affiliate from making use of any variation thereon (in any format or form) and includes ‘Monecor’, ‘ETX’ and any other name or word used to identify a Platform Website;
Prohibited Word means a name or word which By Xxxxx from time to time identifies as belonging to it or its Related Parties and for the purposes of this Agreement bars the Referrer from making use of any variation thereon (in any format or form). Prohibited Words include: “By Xxxxx”, “ByMiles”, “XxXxxxx.xx.xx”, “XxXxxxx.xxx”, “By Miles Partners”;

Examples of Prohibited Word in a sentence

  • Without our prior express written consent, you may not acquire (by purchase, rent or lease) directly or indirectly any domain that includes a Prohibited Word.

  • You may not optimize any page of a website for keyword or keyword phrases that include Prohibited Word; this provision includes but is not limited to Meta Tags, headers and body content.

  • You may not bid on any keywords or keyword phrases which include a Prohibited Word in any pay-per-click search engine (“PPC”) or use a Prohibited Word or any derivative of a Prohibited Word in URLs and directory names for the purpose of search engine optimization (“SEO”).

  • Should you already own or control, directly or indirectly, a domain containing a Prohibited Word ETX reserves the right to require that you immediately transfer ownership of the domain or make such modifications to the domain as ETX, in its sole discretion, reasonably requires.

  • Should you already own or control, directly or indirectly, a domain containing a Prohibited Word Monecor reserves the right to require that you immediately transfer ownership of the domain or make such modifications to the domain as Monecor, in its sole discretion, reasonably requires.

  • You may not optimise any page of a website for keyword or keyword phrases that include a Prohibited Word; this provision includes but is not limited to the HTML elements used to provide structured metadata about a Web page, headers and body content.

  • However, English is the preferred language by certain parties especially in the private sector and this leads to “code-switching” [4] between Malay and English communication.

  • Should you already own or control, directly or indirectly, a domain containing a Prohibited Word then By Miles reserves the right to require that you immediately transfer ownership of the domain or make such modifications to the domain as By Xxxxx, in its sole discretion, reasonably requires.

  • No motor vehicles of any kind, including cars, trucks, trailers, motorcycles, or the like, may be stored, junked, or otherwise maintained anywhere on the lot or any other portion of the Property in any idle or unworkable condition.
