Prohibition Officer definition
Prohibition Officer means the Collector or any officer appointed or invested with powers under Article 21;
Prohibition Officer means a person appojnted under sec� tion 3 of this Act;
Prohibition Officer means the Commissioner, a Deputy Commissioner, or any officer or person appointed to exercise any of the powers or to perform any of the duties and functions under the provisions of this Act;
