Project Coordinating Unit definition

Project Coordinating Unit or “PCU” means the Project Coordination Unit established in MOF for purposes of the Project in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of Section I.A of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Coordinating Unit and “PCU” means the Unit established by the Recipient under the Secrétariat général of the MAWFR pursuant to the provisions of the Financing Agreement between the Recipient and the Association (Agricultural Diversification and Market Development Project) dated June 22, 2006, for Credit No. 4195-BUR.

More Definitions of Project Coordinating Unit

Project Coordinating Unit and the acronym “PCU” mean the project coordinating unit to be established within the TSD and reporting directly to the Office of the PSF and with the composition and functions as set out in Section I.A.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Coordinating Unit means the coordinating unit established pursuant to Resolution No. 50, of the Borrower’s Subsecretaria de Empresas Publicas, dated November 28, 1990, to be maintained by the Borrower pursuant to Section 3.01 (b) of this Agreement; and

  • Project Coordination Unit or “PCU” means the unit referred to in Section I.1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The designated employee will be knowledgeable of the Project and be experienced in managing projects similar to the one established herein.

  • Service Coordinator has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • SBE Program Coordinator means the individual appointed, from time to time, by the City’s Community and Economic Development Director to administer the SBE Regulations.

  • Reliability Coordinator or “RC” shall mean the entity that is the highest level of authority who is responsible for the reliable operation of the Bulk Electric System, has the wide area view of the Bulk Electric System, and has the operating tools, processes and procedures, including the authority to prevent or mitigate emergency operating situations in both next day analysis and real-time operations. The Reliability Coordinator has the purview that is broad enough to enable the calculation of Interconnection Reliability Operating Limits, which may be based on the operating parameters of transmission systems beyond any Transmission Operator’s vision.

  • Project Management Unit and “PMU” each means the Recipient’s unit responsible for the implementation of its Respective Part of the Project referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Title IX Coordinator means an employee of the school district that coordinates the school district’s efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title IX. The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for acting as the primary contact for the parties and ensuring that the parties are provided with all notices, evidence, reports, and written determinations to which they are entitled under this policy and grievance process. The Title IX Coordinator is also responsible for effective implementation of any supportive measures or remedies. The Title IX Coordinator must be free from conflicts of interest and bias when administrating the grievance process.

  • Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Contracting unit means a municipality or any board, commission, committee, authority or agency, and which has administrative jurisdiction over any district other than a school district, project, or facility, included or operating in whole or in part, within the territorial boundaries of any county or municipality which exercise functions which are appropriate for the exercise by one or more units of local government, and which has statutory power to make purchases and enter into contracts or agreements for the performance of any work or the furnishing or hiring of any materials or supplies usually required, the costs or contract price of which is to be paid with or out of public funds.

  • City’s Project Manager means the City’s employee, or his/her delegate, who is authorized in writing to deal with the Consultant on behalf of the City in connection with the Services, or to make decisions in connection with this Agreement;

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Scheduling Coordinator or “SC” means an entity certified by the CAISO as qualifying as a Scheduling Coordinator pursuant to the CAISO Tariff for the purposes of undertaking the functions specified in “Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator,” of the CAISO Tariff, as amended from time to time.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.
