The Recipient shall, through the Central Project Coordinating Unit at MARD, establish and, throughout the period of implementation of the Project, maintain a computerized accounting system acceptable to the Bank; said system to enable it to: (a) classify disbursements under the Project by Project components and sub-components, expenditure categories, sources of fund and location; and (b) record and analyze transactions in the Special Account.
