Project Coordinating Unit definition

Project Coordinating Unit or “PCU” means the Project Coordination Unit established in MOF for purposes of the Project in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of Section I.A of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Coordinating Unit and “PCU” means the Unit established by the Recipient under the Secrétariat général of the MAWFR pursuant to the provisions of the Financing Agreement between the Recipient and the Association (Agricultural Diversification and Market Development Project) dated June 22, 2006, for Credit No. 4195-BUR.
Project Coordinating Unit means the unit referred to in Section 3.01 (b) (i) of this Agreement;

Examples of Project Coordinating Unit in a sentence

  • The Recipient shall, through the Central Project Coordinating Unit at MARD, establish and, throughout the period of implementation of the Project, maintain a computerized accounting system acceptable to the Bank; said system to enable it to: (a) classify disbursements under the Project by Project components and sub-components, expenditure categories, sources of fund and location; and (b) record and analyze transactions in the Special Account.

  • The Borrower shall: (a) maintain a Project Coordinating Unit within DGWRD, responsible for overall coordination and review of project implementation.

  • The Project Co-ordinating Unit shall convene regular annual meetings of the Project Steering Committee.

Project Coordinating Unit and the acronym “PCU” mean the project coordinating unit to be established within the TSD and reporting directly to the Office of the PSF and with the composition and functions as set out in Section I.A.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Related to Project Coordinating Unit

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The designated employee will be knowledgeable of the Project and be experienced in managing projects similar to the one established herein.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
