Project Development Team definition

Project Development Team means, collectively, Owner Parties, Construction Manager, and other parties Owner may designate from time to time.
Project Development Team means the group of entities that develops, constructs, reports, appraises, finances, and services the associated properties of a qualified project in partnership with the project development owner.
Project Development Team means, collectively, MSG, Architect, Project Manager, Contractor and such other members as may be designated by MSG from time to time.

  • Specialty Subcontractor shall promptly notify the Project Development Team of any material changes to quantities or qualities that affect the cost or schedule included in its bid and shall provide detailed information of such changes for Owner Parties’ and Construction Manager’s review.

More Definitions of Project Development Team

Project Development Team means the team consisting of the appropriate MDOT staff, MDOT designers or design consultants, the CMGC Contractor, the Independent Cost Estimator (ICE), and any other relevant advisors and/or experts assembled by MDOT (such as FHWA staff and legal advisors). Contractor is a member of the Project Development Team whose input during the design process is used to supplement (but not replace or duplicate) the engineering or design services performed by MDOT and/or MDOT consultant(s).
Project Development Team means, collectively, the County, the County's Representative, the City of Cleveland, the Group Plan Commission, the Design Team, the DBT, and other persons or entities that the County may designate from time to time.
