Project Element definition

Project Element means an identified facility within a project.
Project Element means an identified segment of a project with related facilities or improvements.
Project Element or “Element” means a discrete portion of a Project identified as such in the Overall Work Plan (e.g. a pipe or group of pipes to be repaired or replaced and identified as a “project element” in the Overall Work Plan). These are not specific parts of the design-build process; rather, they are discrete physical portions of the actual construction.

  • The U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) performed a detailed inspection of the Reclamation District (RD) 784 Levee System in November-December 2010, which identified a significant issue along the landside of the Yuba River levee on the other side of levee where Project Element 1 work was performed.

More Definitions of Project Element

Project Element means an identified permanent Facility or enhancement owned by the Grantee within a Project Site. Lease-to-own or rental Facilities or enhancements are ineligible.
Project Element means a component or part of the Project.
Project Element means, a subset of the improvement to be developed on the Site pursuant to this Agreement, which has been reasonably, mutually defined and identified by the Agency and the Developer as a Project Element based upon Subarea and land use.
Project Element means each significant category of work or expenses for the Project as set out in the Schedule of Values including major equipment, procurement, engineering, civil, mechanical, electrical, testing and commissioning and all other costs related to such category.
Project Element means a component of the Project as indicated in Table 2 by which the Project will be analyzed.
Project Element or “Project Elements” means the U.S. Olympic Museum and Hall of Fame (“Olympic Museum”), the Colorado Sports & Event Center (“Event Center”), the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (“U.C.C.S.”) Sports Medicine and Performance Center (“U.C.C.S. Center”), and/or the United States Air Force Academy (“U.S.A.F.A.”) Gateway Visitors Center (“Visitor Center”), as more fully described herein and in Exhibit B to the Resolution.
Project Element means the various elements of the Project, including, without limitation, the following: Holdrooms: exterior envelope demolition; window procurement and installations; selective demolition; procure and install wall, floor and ceiling finishes; install FF&E; HVAC modifications; fire protection modifications; electrical modifications including furnish and install new lighting. Concourse Corridors: selective demolition; procure and install ceiling finishes; HVAC modifications; fire protection modifications; electrical modifications including furnish and install new lighting.
