Project Information Memorandum. / “PIM” means the Project Information Memorandum prepared by the Authority for the Railway Station, provided for this Invitation Document at Volume II of this Invitation Document;
Project Information Memorandum means a document prepared under these regulations, for the purpose of development of land under PPP mode;
Project Information Memorandum means the information memorandum for the Project set out in SECTION 5 - Project Information Memorandum of the RFP;

Project Information Memorandum means the document denominated as such to provide preliminary information on the Project issued on or about the date on which the Invitation to Pre-qualify to Bid was first published.

  • Information Memorandum means the Confidential Information Memorandum dated March, 2011 relating to the Borrower and the Transactions.

  • Agent’s Information means, solely, the following information in the Prospectus: the third sentence of the eighth paragraph and the tenth paragraph under the caption “Plan of Distribution” in the Prospectus. This indemnity agreement will be in addition to any liability that the Company might otherwise have.

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Derived Information means such written information regarding the Notes as is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor, which information is not any of (A) Issuer Information, (B) Prepricing Information or (C) contained in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Ratings Free Writing Prospectus or the Prospectus or any amendment or supplement to any of them, taking into account information incorporated therein by reference (other than information incorporated by reference from any information regarding the Notes that is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor); and

  • Pricing Information means the information relating to (i) the number of Shares issued and (ii) the offering price of the Shares included on the cover page of the Prospectus.

  • Seller Information As defined in Subsection 34.04(a).

  • Company Financial Information As defined in Section 2(a)(ii).

  • the Memorandum means the Memorandum of Association of the Academy Trust;

  • Information Circular means a completed Form 51-102F5 Information Circular; “informed person” means

  • Keeping information confidential means using discretion in disclosing information as well as guarding against unlawful or inappropriate access by others. This includes:
