Project Quality Plan definition

Project Quality Plan means the plan referred to in clause 11.13 for a Major Facility.
Project Quality Plan means the plan prepared by the Contractor pursuant to clause 30.2;
Project Quality Plan means the Service Provider’s plan for ensuring quality of the Services in accordance with TfNSW QA Specification Q4M.

The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Marketing Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”
