Project Reimbursements definition

Project Reimbursements means any amounts received by the Borrower or any of the Borrower’s Restricted Subsidiaries after the Closing Date in repayment of any loan or advance made by it to the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, the North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians or any other Tribe (or any instrumentality of any such Tribe) pursuant to any Native American Contract relating to a project and, for the avoidance of doubt, including any interest, earnings or other returns on such loan or advance paid by the applicable Tribe or instrumentality thereof.
Project Reimbursements means any amounts received by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in repayment, or otherwise on account, of any loan made by it to a Tribe pursuant to any Native American Contract relating to a project including than the Gun Lake Project.
Project Reimbursements means any amounts received by Opco Holdings, GVR Holdings (so long as GVR is a co-borrower hereunder), the Borrower or any of their respective Restricted Subsidiaries after the Closing Date in repayment of any loan or advance made by it to a Tribe pursuant to any Native American Contract relating to a project but, for the avoidance of doubt, excluding any interest, earnings or other returns on such loan or advance.

  • Cost Reimbursement means a contract which provides for a fee other than a fee based on a percentage of cost and under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves. As it relates to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.) and to the application of Development Cash Flow described in subsections 67-48.010(5) and (6), F.A.C., as it relates to SAIL Developments or in paragraph 67-48.020(3)(b), F.A.C., as it relates to HOME Developments, the term includes only those expenses disclosed in the operating pro forma on an annual basis included in the final credit underwriting report, as approved by the Board, and maximum of 20 percent Developer Fee per year.

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Medical Expenses means those expenses that an Insured Person has necessarily and actually incurred for medical treatment on account of Illness or Accident on the advice of a Medical Practitioner, as long as these are no more than would have been payable if the Insured Person had not been insured and no more than other hospitals or doctors in the same locality would have charged for the same medical treatment.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Advertising Costs The Company will determine with the Agent the amount of advertising that may be appropriate in soliciting offers to purchase the Book-Entry Notes. Advertising expenses will be paid by the Company.

  • Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amounts With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination, the amount of any Advance made with respect to such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination on or before the date such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes (or, but for the making of three monthly payments under its modified terms, would then constitute) a Corrected Loan, together with (to the extent accrued and unpaid) interest on such Advances, to the extent that (i) such Advance is not reimbursed to the Person who made such Advance on or before the date, if any, on which such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes a Corrected Loan and (ii) the amount of such Advance becomes a future obligation of the Mortgagor to pay under the terms of modified Loan Documents. That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine in the future that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • Emergency Expenditures means any of the eligible expenditures set forth in the CERC Manual referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and required for the Contingent Emergency Response Part.

  • Routine patient care costs means Covered Medical Expenses which are typically provided absent a clinical trial and not otherwise excluded under the Policy. Routine patient care costs do not include:

  • Project Expenses means usual and customary operating and financial costs. The term does not include extraordinary capital expenses, development fees and other non-operating expenses.
