The Engineer/Architect may provide one or more full time Project Representatives to assist the Engineer/Architect in carrying out his responsibilities at the site.

The Project Representative(s) shall be selected, employed and directed by the ARCHITECT, and the ARCHITECT shall be compensated therefore as agreed by the DISTRICT and ARCHITECT.
