  • Each such requesting third party shall assume all, but not less than all, Project Rights and Obligations so conveyed, transferred and assigned to it by SCPPA.

  • Subject in all respects to Sections 11 and 15 hereof, the Project Rights and Obligations under this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the respective successors and assigns of the Parties to this Agreement.
