Project Software definition

Project Software means any software developed by USi under this Agreement or any Product Schedule. 2.13 "SLA" shall mean the Service Level Agreement specified in each Product Schedule. 2.14 "SOFTWARE APPLICATION" shall mean the Third Party computer software USi provides to Client for its use as part of the iMAP Solution.
Project Software any software designed and developed by us as a result of any Project Production Services;
Project Software or “Software” means any Project Co Licensed Software, Subcontractor Licensed Software and Third Party Licensed Software, but does not include Embedded Software.

Examples of Project Software in a sentence

  • The Open Software must be Software that a Project Utilizes or potentially Utilizes, or Open Software used or potentially used to operate or develop Project Software.

  • The Support of Ansible Engine does not include the creation, maintenance, support, or services related to customer playbooks, and/or roles or Ansible Project Software.

  • DT will not be held responsible for repairing functional deficiencies once ADC has completed Acceptance of the Project Software; however, DT will repair these deficiencies based on subsequent maintenance agreements between DT and ADC or based on time charges billed at the hourly consulting & contract rates outlined in Subsection 2(b).

  • To protect MBS's proprietary rights to the Project Software Package, Client agrees to adhere to the conditions listed in Section 6 above.

  • Notices or demands authorized by this Agreement to be given or made by the Rights Agent or by the holder of any Rights Certificate to or on the Company shall be sufficiently given or made if sent by first-class mail, postage prepaid, addressed (until another address is filed in writing with the Rights Agent) as follows: Project Software & Development, Inc.

More Definitions of Project Software

Project Software means software or clinical applications developed pursuant to this Agreement, as more fully described in a Product Development Plan. Project Software may be based on, covered by, incorporate or use Toshiba Background Rights, Toshiba Foreground Rights, Vital Images Background Rights, Vital Images Foreground Rights, or Jointly-Owned Foreground Rights, and such underlying rights are not within the definition of “Project Software”. Each Product Development Plan will specifically describe the Project Software to be developed pursuant to such Product Development Plan.
Project Software as used herein shall mean the Project Firmware and Project Server Software in source code form; and any relevant documentation.

Related to Project Software

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;
