Project start definition

Project start means the date and time when a state agency begins a formal study of a business process or technology concept to assess the needs of the state agency, determines project feasibility or prepares an information technology project budget estimate under K.S.A. 2010 Supp. 75-7209, and amendments thereto.
Project start means the first ground-disturbing activity associated with a project including, but not limited to, preparatory activities such as clearing, grubbing, grading, excavating, and filling.

Project start means when the activity listed in category 1, 2, 3 or 4 of this Scheme begins.

The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
