Project Submission Matters definition

Project Submission Matters means each and all of the following and any amendments or material changes to, or material modifications or waivers of them, and in the case of contracts or agreements, entering into the same or the termination or cancellation thereof:

  • Any changes, modifications or amendments to the Project Submission Matters are subject to the Approval of the Authority, with the understanding that it is the intent of the Parties that the Project Improvements be constructed in accordance with the Project Improvements Construction Schedule and within the Project Budget.

  • It is the intent of the Parties to keep each other reasonably informed as part of a collaborative process for the development of and material modifications to all Project Submission Matters.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Coordinated Transaction Scheduling or “CTS” shall mean the market rules that allow transactions to be scheduled based on a bidder’s willingness to purchase energy from a source in either the NYISO or PJM Control Area and sell it at a sink in the other Control Area if the forecasted price at the sink minus the forecasted price at the corresponding source is greater than or equal to the dollar value specified in the bid.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Environmental and Social Impact Assessment or “ESIA” means a site-specific report, to be prepared in accordance with the parameters laid down in the ESMF (as hereinafter defined) and acceptable to the Association, identifying and assessing the potential environmental and social impacts of the activities to be undertaken for the Project, evaluating alternatives, and designing appropriate mitigation, management, and monitoring measures.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
