Project Support Agreement means a contract governed by private law, and as far as the specific circumstances of a State Party require also by public law, that is concluded in support of the Agreement between a State Party and the Nabucco International Company and the relevant Nabucco National Company on issues including but not limited to regulatory conditions, investment protection, and other issues, as defined in the Project Support Agreement.
