Projected Capacity definition

Projected Capacity means, with respect to any Specified Project, the Borrower’s good faith estimate of the production and/or revenue capacity of such Specified Project in the first certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.01(d) to the Administrative Agent that includes the first calculation of pro forma Specified Project Projected EBITDA for such Specified Project, which estimate may be subsequently changed by the Borrower in accordance with Section 8.01(m).

Examples of Projected Capacity in a sentence

  • In the event of a change in the Projected Capacity of a Specified Project that is not material, the Specified Projects EBITDA Adjustment shall thereafter reflect such change in the Projected Capacity of such Specified Project.

  • Specified Projects EBITDA Adjustment shall thereafter be calculated in accordance with the revised Projected Capacity of such Specified Project.

  • Thereafter, by [Date to be agreed] of each Year, JPS shall submit to the Company its Annual Projected Capacity Factor for the following Year.

  • As part of their negotiations over the first such Production Capacity forecast (the "First Agreed Forecast"), the parties will agree upon the Unipac Projected Capacity (as defined below), and the PixTech Forecast (as defined below) for the applicable months involved.

Related to Projected Capacity

  • Contracted Capacity means the capacity (in MW AC) contracted with MSEDCL for supply by the successful bidder at the Delivery Point from the Solar Power Project.

  • Committed Capacity means that portion of the Capacity that is required to meet the Capacity Entitlements of Access Holders;

  • Installed Capacity or 'IC’ means the summation of the name plate capacities of all the units of the generating station or the capacity of the generating station (reckoned at the generator terminals), approved by the Commission from time to time;

  • Reserved Capacity means the maximum amount of capacity and energy that the Transmission Provider agrees to transmit for the Transmission Customer over the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System between the Point(s) of Receipt and the Point(s) of Delivery under Tariff, Part II. Reserved Capacity shall be expressed in terms of whole megawatts on a sixty (60) minute interval (commencing on the clock hour) basis.

  • Rated Capacity means the Average Daily Flow for which the Works are approved to handle;
