Prolongation Costs definition

Prolongation Costs has the meaning given to it in Schedule 4 (Change Compensation Principles).
Prolongation Costs has the meaning given in the Change Compensation Principles.
Prolongation Costs means the net costs (excluding Financing Delay Costs) properly and reasonably incurred by Project Co directly attributed to a Compensable Extension Event. Purchase Cost has the definition given to it in, and is calculated in accordance with, Section 7.5(c)(ii) of this Part A.

More Definitions of Prolongation Costs

Prolongation Costs means both the Project-Related Prolongation Costs and the Train-Related Prolongation Costs. “Provisional Sums” means the provisional sums described in Attachment GG with each provisional being a “Provisional Sum.”
Prolongation Costs means both the Project-Related Prolongation Costs and the Train-Related Prolongation Costs.
Prolongation Costs means the amount calculated in accordance with Section 4.2(a).
