Promoter Member definition

Promoter Member means a subscriber to the memorandum of association.
Promoter Member means any participant in the Alliance which has executed the Zigbee Promoter Member Agreement.
Promoter Member means a member of the Alliance in accordance with the Bylaws of the Alliance that has executed and entered into, and is bound by, the applicable EnOcean Alliance Promoter Member Agreement with the Alliance.

  • Each Promoter Member in good standing (i.e., Promoter Members who have paid their membership fees, dues and assessments in accordance with these Bylaws and whose membership has not been terminated pursuant to Section 3.4) is entitled to one (1) vote on each matter submitted to a vote of the Members.

  • The rights granted under this Section 8 shall terminate immediately upon: (iii) the Affiliate's material breach of any of its obligations under this Section 8; or (iv) termination or expiration of this Promoter Member Agreement pursuant to Section 9.

More Definitions of Promoter Member

Promoter Member means a Member that has paid all dues required to become a Promotor Member, that has agreed to carry out all duties defined by the Board from time to time or herein, and that has been approved by the Board, at its discretion, to be a Promoter Member in accordance with Section 9.2. Promoter Members have no rights to select a Director who serves on the Board of Directors.
Promoter Member means a Promoter of Khronos as defined by the Bylaws in Attachment B.

  • ☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).

  • Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;

  • Full Member means any person who is in one of the categories of membership referred to in Rule 10.3.

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Other Member means a Voting Member who is not an Eligible Account Holder or a Supplemental Eligible Account Holder.

  • Designated member means the spouse, child, grandchild, parent, brother, or sister of a deceased individual who owned an interest in a wholesaler, who is entitled to inherit the deceased individual's ownership interest in the wholesaler under the terms of the deceased individual's will, or who has otherwise been designated in writing by the deceased individual to succeed the deceased individual in the wholesaler's business, or is entitled to inherit such ownership interest under the laws of intestate succession of this state. With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • Bona fide member means an individual who participates in activities of a qualified organization

  • Team Member means an individual who is allowed to access the Cloud Service but is only granted membership in groups associated with “Team Member” permissions for the Cloud Service.2

  • Related member means a person that, with respect to the taxpayer during all or any portion of the taxable year, is either a related entity, a component member as defined in section 1563(b) of the Internal Revenue Code, or a person to or from whom there is attribution of stock ownership in accordance with section 1563(e) of the Internal Revenue Code except, for purposes of determining whether a person is a related member under this division, "twenty per cent" shall be substituted for "5 percent" wherever "5 percent" appears in section 1563(e) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Partner means any General Partner or Limited Partner.

  • Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member.

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);

  • Alliance Partner means "Flatworld Trading Pvt Ltd ", who has entered into an alliance agreement with Axis Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a Cloud Service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.

  • Member means a member of the Board;

  • Faculty member means any person hired by the college or District to conduct classroom or teaching activities or who is otherwise considered by the college to be a member of faculty.

  • Tribal Member means an enrolled member of the Tribe.

  • Unit Member means any certificated employee of the district who is included in the appropriate unit as defined in Article 2 and therefore covered by the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
