Promotional Cards definition

Promotional Cards means a single use set amount card (not to exceed $100) issued by Seller prior to the Closing Date primarily for promotional, charitable, media trade or guest service matters that can be used at any of the Restaurants.

Examples of Promotional Cards in a sentence

  • From time to time, the Company may issue or award “rewards”, "promotional gift cards", "credits", "vouchers”, or similar physical or electronic gift cards (collectively, "Promotional Cards").

  • Artist Promotional Cards – We will create a color card for you and distribute your card at the Fair.

  • Generally, these Promotional Cards have the same terms and conditions as the Cards described here, however, they may have expiration dates, delayed activation dates or may be subject to additional restrictions or exemptions as provided on the Promotional Cards themselves or any packaging or other written materials that accompany such Promotional Cards or any applicable law.

  • Promotional Cards may have expiration dates to the extent permitted by applicable law.
