Promotional Inventory definition

Promotional Inventory means all inventory of merchandise, goods and other products for sale to Seller's Promotional Customers and all related Point-of-Sale Inventory which are sold or offered for sale to Seller's Promotional Customers and located at the Cheswick Facility or the Mount V▇▇▇▇▇ Warehouse.
