Promotional Items means all intellectual property rights belonging to us or licensed to us, including any logos, trade marks (whether registered or unregistered), registered designs, unregistered designs, applications for and rights to apply for any of the foregoing, rights to prevent passing off for unfair competition and copyright in any materials supplied and approved by us in connection with the provision of Contract Work including signs, display materials, information, literature and other promotional items;
Promotional Items means items bearing any of the Licensed Marks which are sold or given away in connection with the promotion of products or services within the Steel Fields of Use or of Licensee’s corporate identity generally (e.g., pens, mugs, clothing, and comparable items).
Promotional Items. Any client products and samples used in an event are for demonstration or display purposes only and remain the property of On The Rocks’s client. You are accountable for all promotional materials in your possession. In the event there are product samples remaining at the end of your promotion, unless otherwise specified, you are not permitted to sell or retain these items, as they belong to the client. Selling the client’s property without prior written consent is considered unethical, illegal and will not be tolerated by the client. Misappropriation of client property may be considered theft and may result in legal action.
More Definitions of Promotional Items
Promotional Items means pens, pencils, hats and other such novelty items.
Promotional Items means small tangible items such as pens, magnets, pads, cups, and similar. These are not considered advertising unless the item contains an offer for free or discounted services.
Promotional Items means items bearing one or more of the Lottery’s distinctive marks other than tickets, brochures, or displays.
Promotional Items means merchandise, bearing one or more items of the Authorized Property, used for advertising and promotion solely the Distilled Spirits Products (e.g. hats, t-shirts, glassware and similar items). All Promotional Items will either be given away as free, promotional, premium items or sold solely in tasting rooms or online webstores wholly owned by Licensee provided the parties agree in writing upon a royalty to be paid to Licensor therefor prior to any such sales, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties hereto pursuant to a separate written license agreement. In the event Licensee engages any third party to create Promotional Items, Licensee shall enter into a work-for-hire (in a form approved by Licensor) assigning all rights to any Promotional Items to Licensee.
Promotional Items shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.5(c).
Promotional Items. ' means any goods/ gift cards/ vouchers/ subscription services or similar received for free or at a discount when you have entered into a Services Contract; and ''Services Contract'' means a Network Contract or contract for Subscription Services.
