Promotional Materials definition

Promotional Materials means all written, printed, video or --------------------- graphic advertising, promotional, educational and communication materials (other than Collaboration Product labeling) for marketing, advertising and promotion of the Collaboration Products for use in the United States by (a) a Sales Representative or (b) advertisements or direct mail pieces, in accordance with the terms of the applicable U.S. Marketing Plan.
Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video presentations of information, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings, broadcast advertisements and sales reminder aides (for example, note pads, pens and other such items) intended for use or used by Licensee or its Affiliates in connection with any promotion of the Initial POZEN Product hereunder in the Territory, but excluding Product Labeling.
