Promotional Materials definition

Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.
Promotional Materials means advertising, promotional, educational and communication materials (other than labeling) for Commercialization of Products.
Promotional Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

Examples of Promotional Materials in a sentence

  • When demonstrating the Oracle content and/or the Promotional Materials to any actual or potential partners or end users, You shall indicate that the Oracle content is licensed from Oracle, and You will not alter, remove or obscure any of Oracle’s branding, copyright notices or indications of origin visible in the demonstration of the Oracle content or Promotional Materials.

  • If the parties are unable to reach an agreement on any such modifications, You will terminate any and all use of the associated Promotional Materials subject to Your survival rights as set forth below in Section 18.

  • If requested by Oracle, You will provide Oracle with copies of the Promotional Materials created and/or modified by You and will address any modifications proposed by Oracle.


More Definitions of Promotional Materials

Promotional Materials means all written, printed or graphic material, other than Product Labeling, packaging, or trade dress, intended for use by Representatives during Promotion of Product under this Agreement, including visual aids, file cards, premium items, clinical studies, reprints, business cards, identification tags and any other promotional support items or advertisements provided in accordance with the terms of the Commercialization Plan and Section 5.3.
Promotional Materials means any marketing collateral associated with the Red Hat Products that is provided by Red Hat to Partner for distribution to prospective End Users, including any Red Hat authorized translations of those materials. All Promotional Materials and modifications to such materials will remain or become the property of Red Hat.

Promotional Materials means all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video presentations of information, including journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, disease awareness materials, internet postings, broadcast advertisements and sales reminder aides (for example, note pads, pens and other such items, if appropriate) intended for use or used by or on behalf of a Party, its Affiliates or its sublicensees in connection with the Commercialization of a Product in the Territory.
Promotional Materials means the advertising, promotional, educational and media materials and sales training materials used in the Territory (including distribution and sales promotion information, market research studies, content contained on any websites owned by Reliant and toll-free telephone numbers) relating exclusively to the Product or the Acquired Assets, including those materials listed on Schedule 1.1F hereto.
Promotional Materials means any form, letter, circular, pamphlet, publication, or other written material directed to a customer or prospective customer to induce retail sales. Promotional material does not include permitted signs, displays, decorations, cannabis accessories, or cannabis or cannabis products furnished by a licensed cultivator, licensed manufacturer, licensed distributor, licensed microbusiness, or licensed cannabis event organizer to a retail licensee for advertising purposes.
