Promotional Offering definition

Promotional Offering means an existing service offered under tariffed terms temporarily deviating from the otherwise applicable tariff in order to promote the service. “Promotional Platform” means a tariffed description of service for which a GRC-LEC may make a Promotional Offering.
Promotional Offering means a SUSE offering You acquire for the time limited Accelerate Innovation bundled offerings of SUSE Enterprise Storage, SUSE CAP and SUSE CaaSP. These bundles have a designated SKU on the SUSE pricelist and these promotional terms apply solely to such bundles. See Exhibit A hereto for further details.

Examples of Promotional Offering in a sentence

  • If Provider increases its prices and charges for its Promotional Offerings (not including any Standard Offering upon which a Promotional Offering may be based) during the promotional period by more than 15% per year, Subscriber may terminate service without incurring an early termination fee.

  • For each Promotional Offering You are entitled to receive the materials and services, including technical support services as applicable, identified in Exhibit A hereto.

  • To the extent that a Promotional Offering requires Subscriber to maintain Provider's products or services for a certain length of time, Subscriber agrees to maintain and pay for Provider's products or services for that length of time.

  • Unless specified otherwise in the end user license agreement for the applicable SUSE product or other written agreement between the parties, the unit of measure for a Promotional Offering is the metric specified for the individual component of the Promotional Offering bundle in Exhibit A of SUSE’s standard Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Unit”).

Related to Promotional Offering

  • Initial Offering means the Company’s first firm commitment underwritten public offering of its Common Stock registered under the Securities Act.

  • Offering shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(c).

  • Initial Offering Period means the period commencing with the initial effective date of the Prospectus and terminating no later than the ninetieth (90th) day following such date unless extended for up to an additional 90 days at the sole discretion of the General Partner.

  • Subscription Offering means the offering of the Common Stock that is described in Section 7.01 hereof.

  • Promotion means a change from an employee's position to one with a higher maximum salary level.
