If the City fails to make any payment that is not disputed with the above timeframe as provided for in the Prompt Payment Act, the Consultant may, after giving notice to the City, suspend services and withhold deliverables until all amounts due are paid in full.
Any undisputed fees not paid when due shall accrue interest at the rate indicated by the the Prompt Payment Act (31 USC 3901 et seq) and Treasury regulations at 5 CFR 1315.
