Prompt Payment Discounts definition

Prompt Payment Discounts means any allowance for payment within a specified time, but shall not include discounts for cash made to the motoring public at motor fuel outlets.
Prompt Payment Discounts means any discounts, lower prices, rebates or other financial incentives offered to a dealer if that dealer pays its bills to Dentsply in a timely manner.
