Proof of completion definition

Proof of completion means the certificate of course completion and education verification forms.
Proof of completion means, with respect to any Receivable, a notice delivered to the related Obligor that satisfies each of the following: (i) confirms that the related advertisement has been posted to each location, (ii) lists the posted date and posted location for each related advertisement, (iii) includes one or more photographs of each related advertisement and (iv) satisfies each of the other notice requirements with respect to posting set forth in the related Contract.
Proof of completion means a legible copy of the continuing education certificate which verifies that the licensee has satisfactorily completed approved continuing education or an electronic listing from a provider with licensee name, proper format of license number, date completed, course title, type of course, number of continuing education hours, and approved organization.

  • Proof of vaccination means documentation provided by a tribal, federal, state or local government, or a health care provider, that includes an individual’s name, date of birth, type of COVID-19 vaccination given, date or dates given, depending on whether it is a one-dose or two-dose vaccine, and the name/location of the health care provider or site where the vaccine was administered. Documentation may include but is not limited to a COVID-19 vaccination record card or a copy or digital picture of the vaccination record card, or a print-out from the Oregon Health Authority’s immunization registry.

  • Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Proof of age The Company may require evidence of Age of any Annuitant or Owner.

  • Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.

  • Final Report means the report described as a final report in 14 RCW 42.17.080(2).

  • Proof of payment means, as applicable, a copy of the check, confirmation of credit card or debit card payment, or confirmation of wire or automated clearinghouse transfer, and any other information required to demonstrate that payment has been made according to the EPA requirements, in the amount due, and identified with the appropriate docket number and Respondent’s name.

  • Proof of Claim means a proof of Claim Filed against any of the Debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases.

  • Performance Tests means the tests to be conducted on the equipment at site for checking the performance parameters of the equipment as defined in Technical Specification.
