Proof of age means a valid driver license or other government- issued identification card that contains a photograph of the person and confirms the person's age as twenty-one (21) years of age or older;
Proof of Interest means a proof of Interest Filed against any of the Debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases.
Proof of address/business address means a document less than 3 months old containing residential address that is a utility bill, bank statement, rates account or tax invoice.
Proof of Loss means the Insured's executed notice of Claim and proof of Loss, substantially in the Form of Exhibit C.
Proof of Concept has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
