Proof of Postage definition

Proof of Postage means the definition provided in section 11.8 of this Agreement.

Related to Proof of Postage

  • Proof of age means a valid driver license or other government- issued identification card that contains a photograph of the person and confirms the person's age as twenty-one (21) years of age or older;

  • Proof of Interest means a proof of Interest Filed against any of the Debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases.

  • Proof of address/business address means a document less than 3 months old containing residential address that is a utility bill, bank statement, rates account or tax invoice.

  • Proof of Loss means the Insured's executed notice of Claim and proof of Loss, substantially in the Form of Exhibit C.

  • Proof of Concept has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
