Proper Officers definition

Proper Officers means those officers authorized by the Board to act on behalf of the Company.

More Definitions of Proper Officers

Proper Officers means the Officer(s) of the Agency having responsibility for specific functions of the Agency in relation to the Works or its Authorised Representatives and Agents.
