The Sellers will promptly provide such additional information and documentation as reasonably required by the Buyer (to the extent such information is available to the Sellers) in relation to the classification of each property on the Properties List.

The Project Facility is not listed or proposed to be listed on either the federal National Properties List or the New York State Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Site Registry, except as set forth on Exhibit B.
The Company and the Subsidiaries have not entered into any agreement or arrangement to dispose of any interest in any of the properties on the Properties List.
