Properties List definition

Properties List means the list of real estate, freehold and/or leasehold properties that are to be owned by the Novartis Group, on the one hand, and the Alcon Group, on the other, following the Separation, in the Agreed Form;
Properties List means the details of all InfraCo Business Properties, Transferring InfraCo Business Properties and Transferring RemainCo Business Properties;
Properties List means each list of real estate, freehold and/or leasehold properties in the Agreed Form;
