Property and Leases Sample Clauses
The 'Property and Leases' clause defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding ownership, use, and leasing of real property involved in the agreement. It typically outlines which properties are included, the status of any existing leases, and the responsibilities for maintaining or transferring these leases. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of which properties are subject to the agreement and how any lease arrangements will be handled, thereby preventing disputes over property rights and lease obligations.
