Property Facilities definition

Property Facilities means (i) the Land; (ii) the Improvements; (iii) the Property Related Facilities; (iv) any related land, buildings and improvements which in the future may be owned or leased by Owner; and (v) all entrances, exits, rights of ingress and egress, licenses and easements related to any of (i) through (iv) above.
Property Facilities is defined in Section 5.4.
Property Facilities means the Boulder Property Facilities, the Palace Property Facilities, the Red Rock Property Facilities and the Sunset Property Facilities.

Related to Property Facilities

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to, the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cables, fiber optic cables, circuits, wires, lines, plant and equipment located under, on or above the surface of the ground within the Public Ways of the City and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility services or Telecommunications Services.

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.
